Birthdays, Family Reunions, etc.

If the "On Location" event is a fund raiser or a charity event, then my time is free. The only two things that are not free are the film and the developing costs.

This package is for the Carbondale and Murphysboro areas only. Price will change and vary on location and time requirement. If driving distance is away from the Carbondale and Murphysboro, IL area, the change in price will reflect the distance traveled and the time required.

Depending on how busy the photo lab that I use may be, on average, photographs are normally returned within a week. Depending on the circumstances, or agreement, photographs must be picked up in Murphysboro, IL when photographs are ready. If you want them personally delivered to your home, it will cost $50.00 - $100.00, depending on the location.

If you wish your photographs to be mailed, the shipping, the insurance, and the handling must be paid, at cost, before they are mailed. A contract must also be signed stating that I, Michael Coles, will not be held liable if the photographs are lost or damaged when mailed using the US Postal Service.

Time

Depending on the circumstances of the event, the set price reflects 2 hours of my arrival time. Price increases with each additional hour.

On location package for Birthdays, Family reunions, etc. includes:

Packages price: $300.00 (price includes time, film, developing, proofs and negatives.)

$50.00 an hour for every hour over the packages set time.

Requirements: Payment must be paid in full before event. If the event is an all day event, a meal and a cold frosty beverage must be provided for the photographer.

Payment method: Check or money orders are accepted and are only payable to Michael F. Coles. Check must clear before photographs can be picked up/mailed off. Cash is always welcome.

On Location High School reunion package

A $25.00 non-refundable traveling fee deposit is required for this particular event.

1 8x10 - $14.00 plus $2.00 S&H fee

1 5x7 - $12.00 plus $2.00 S&H fee

A contract must be signed stating that I, Michael Coles, will not be held liable if the photographs are lost or damaged when mailed using the US Postal Service.
